CareWella brings the maternal health focus of Chusommy Diagnostics into accessible learning and care navigation. Our four connected projects bring together maternal care and screening, referrals and follow-up, adolescent and mother-and-baby support, and accessible health education.
THE WORK WE ARE DOING
Health education today. Better coordination as we grow.
Four connected projects guide this application. Existing learning, appointment requests and fictional demonstrations are grouped below, each with a proposed yearly plan. Privacy, safeguarding and accessibility apply across all four.
Clinical testing and treatment belong with qualified healthcare professionals. Appointment preferences saved in the app are requests for review, not confirmed bookings.
Planned milestones, not a commitment to launch unapproved clinical services.
Year 1: Pilot fictional referral journeys and review safety, privacy and usability.
Year 2: Establish verified care partners and introduce approved coordination procedures.
Year 3: Measure referral follow-through and follow-up completion before wider delivery.
PROJECT 3
Adolescent, young-mother and baby support
TeenCare, TeenMum Care and mother-and-baby learning are grouped into one inclusive support project.
Puberty, menstrual health, consent, relationships and personal safety.
Pregnant-adolescent education, maternity navigation and education continuity.
Postnatal recovery, feeding education, newborn wellbeing and immunisation signposting.
No real adolescent or infant medical information is collected by these learning demonstrations. Future services require qualified safeguarding oversight.
Planned milestones, not a commitment to launch unapproved clinical services.
Year 1: Obtain age-appropriate content and safeguarding reviews; use fictional demonstrations only.
Year 2: Pilot approved support with trained professionals and appropriate confidentiality arrangements.
Year 3: Evaluate accessible support and continuity of care before expanding.
PROJECT 4
Accessible health education
Clear health learning, source-based emergency guidance and reviewed offline language packs, supported by responsible digital navigation.
Pregnancy, screening, vaccination and postnatal education.
Public education downloads, reading copies and delete controls.
Igbo, Yoruba, Hausa and Nigerian Pidgin packs only after qualified translation review.
CareṢa educational navigation, not diagnosis or clinical interpretation.
Downloadable clinical editions await professional approval. Offline reopening is not yet verified on physical devices. AI and private account services require internet.
Planned milestones, not a commitment to launch unapproved clinical services.
Year 1: Complete clinical and translation reviews and verify offline access on Android and iPhone.
Year 2: Release approved language packs and support limited community learning pilots.
Year 3: Measure educational reach and accessibility, updating content before expansion.
Disability-Inclusive Healthcare
Every programme should offer understandable information, communication assistance, accessible facilities and reasonable adjustments. Community participation and disability advocates should guide development. Clinical services and local support must be verified before referral.
The patient demo lets you try simulated appointment requests, fictional reports and session-only medicine reminder toggles. Automatic calendar syncing, notifications, secure clinical records and offline syncing require separate setup, governance and verification.
Read our educational materials about early screening and follow-up care, including the printable 12-week checkup guide and pregnancy symptom chart. These resources are general information, not individual medical advice.
